FOUNDERS HERITAGE PARK
Et le temps d’une après-midi, cela fut charmant…
Comment mieux parler de ce beau parc que le site officiel lui-même… C’est en anglais, mais je ne vais pas traduire ce qui est déjà si bien formulé… Dans tous les cas, cette balade est à notre sens un incontournable de Nelson !!
Pour faire bref, ce site contient d’anciens bâtiments (mais aussi des répliques) datant de l’empire colonial du 19ème siècle…
Founders Heritage Park is a replica historic village containing many of the old historic buildings and artefacts of Nelson. Nelsonians created this historic townscape featuring real and replica buildings, much as they were in colonial days of the 19th century.
Enjoy the charms of days gone by. At Founders Heritage Park experience life as it was in Nelson in the 1880s to 1930s. Stroll through the character streets, tranquil established gardens and discover charming village greens.
